2. Partnership Firm

3. One Person Company(OPC)

6. Public Limited Company
पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनी, जैसे नाम से ही पता चलता है कि इसमें पब्लिक को भी शामिल किया जाता है। इसमें आम लोग भी शेयर खरीद कर कंपनी में भागीदार हो सकते हैं । इसका एक अलग कानूनी अस्तित्व है और इसके सदस्यों की देनदारी उनके द्वारा रखे गए शेयरों तक ही सीमित है।
आप चुन सकते हैं कि आपके व्यवसाय की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार कौन सी व्यावसायिक संरचना उपयुक्त है और तदनुसार अपना व्यवसाय पंजीकृत करें।
